Live in Care allows you to stay in your own home with familiar surroundings instead of moving to a care home. Live-in Care means you will have a Carer living with you in your home taking care of your personal care needs, providing care the way you want.
We will carry out an assessment of your needs before deciding what help and support you may require. We ensure that you are matched to the right Carer with the skills and experience to meet your individual needs. All our Carers have received full statutory and mandatory training recognised by Skills for Health.
The services offered include:
Medication support including administering
Support with mobility in and around the house
Providing personal care; assistance with washing and dressing
Laundry – washing, drying and even ironing clothes
Looking after your pets
Housekeeping – the regular chores including tidying, cleaning, vacuuming and dusting
Assisting with continence care
Running errands including shopping
Preparing and cooking meals – to your dietary needs and personal taste
Home Care
We have highly trained and experienced Carers who will provide care for you or your loved one in the comfort of their home.
Respite Care
Respite care can be used to support you while your carer goes on holiday or has a break. Respite carers can live in or they can attend visits daily.
Supported Living
We provide person centered support enabling people to live independently within their own homes or in the local community.
